Financial services

Financial services on each campus accepts payment of non-invoiced student fees (such as laboratory fees and various materials levies). Payment can be accepted via EFTPOS ($10.00 minimum transaction) or credit card.

Cashier opening times are listed under Student Centres.

Invoiced HECS and tuition fees must be paid at Australia Post, online via QUT Virtual, or
by QUT Pay by Phone (1300 300 072).

ATMs

ATMs are located at Gardens Point and Kelvin Grove campuses at the locations listed below. Please note that acceptable cards vary from machine to machine:

• Gardens Point
  Commonwealth Bank ATM
  Location: Inside the Community Building, Y Block, underneath the stairs
  
  Rediteller ATM
  Location: Outside the Community Building, adjacent to the public telephones
  Accessible 24 hours

• Kelvin Grove
  Rediteller ATM
  Location: Level 4, C Block, adjacent to the Bookshop
  Accessible 24 hours
