Local graduation ceremony timetable

Students will be automatically allocated to graduation ceremonies after:

• Their course status on QUT Virtual is “Complete”
• They fulfil the criteria for eligibility to graduate.

An email will then be sent to their student account inviting them to complete graduand online registration to confirm their graduand details and receive their graduation parchments.

If you complete your course this semester, you should:

• Read the criteria for eligibility to graduate paying special attention to cut-off dates
• Ensure your Enrolled Name is correct
• Download a copy of our Graduation Brochure (PDF, 162KB)
• Ensure your mailing address on QUT Virtual is current and check your profile and student email account regularly for updates.
