Graduation dates and registration deadlines are communicated to all staff, via the Registrar's monthly email updates, approximately six weeks prior to ceremonies.
To register your attendance and book academic regalia:
- Login to QUT Virtual using your QUT Access username and password.
- Select ‘QUT Graduation Ceremonies' in the ‘Quick Links' menu under the ‘QUT Community Tab'.
Graduating staff must register as graduands per the graduation invitation sent to their QUT student email account.
They should also register via the Staff Online Registration system as "Candidates" to receive academic dress at no charge, and submit an email request if they would prefer to be seated with other staff during the ceremony.
