Students who fulfil the criteria on the eligibility to graduate checklist will receive graduation invitations via QUT Virtual approximately six weeks before their graduation ceremony. Students can confirm their course completion by checking QUT Virtual after exam results are released, and are advised not to make arrangements to attend a ceremony until they have been allocated to it as guest tickets are non-refundable.

If you complete your course requirements by 12 September 2008 your degree will now be conferred on 17 September 2008.
Parchments will be mailed to all eligible students at the end of September 2008. Advice will be sent with the parchment on how to register for the next available ceremony .
