[Print-friendly version] Students from other institutions wishing to undertake one or more unit cross-institutionally at QUT should complete the V Form. Please pay specific attention to Questions 4 and 11 relating to cross-institutional study and refer to the V Form Guide for further information. Details about individual units are available by selecting from your chosen Faculty within the Course list. Application closing dates Check the key dates display and choose the Unit applications (visiting/cross-institutional) category for closing dates. Late applications - $50 late fee If you are submitting your V Form after the closing date, you must pay the $50 Late Application Fee via ePay and write your late fee receipt number on to the top of the form. For late fee payment options go to ePay and choose 'Student Business Services' from the left-hand menu. Once receipt of payment is verified your application will be processed. Very late applications - special circumstances and $50 late fee After the last date for late applications, V Forms will only be considered if you meet special circumstances criteria and can provide documentary evidence. If you meet the criteria you must submit your fully completed V Form to QUT Admissions with: Payment of the non-refundable $50 late application fee; and Written case for special circumstances and all supporting documentary evidence; and All other required admission documentation as specified in the V Form Application Guide. QUT will not be able to consider any very late applications which are: incomplete; or for external study; or from applicants currently sanctioned by QUT. No applications will be considered after the final for very late applications under any circumstances. Commonwealth supported students If you are a Commonwealth supported student from another institution, you must complete a new Request for Commonwealth support and HECS-HELP Form for the units to be studied at QUT. QUT's preference is for students to complete the Forms online through QUT Virtual. Forms must be completed by the census date at QUT. Tuition fee paying places If you are in a tuition fee paying place and you are studying cross institutionally: Domestic students : Students from other institutions intending to study cross institutionally at QUT must complete a new Request for FEE-HELP Form for the course by the census date at QUT. International students : International students should refer to the International fee information Census date Census dates may not be the same across all institutions. It is your responsibility to check the census date at each institution.
