Email notice to re-enrolA notice will be emailed to your student email account if you are expected to continue your studies in the next year. If you fail to re-enrol you may have your enrolment cancelled. If your record indicates that you will graduate at the end of that academic year you will not be issued with an invitation to re-enrol. Email notification is also issued if you are returning from approved Leave of Absence at the end of your leave period. When you are required to re-enrolYou are required to re-enrol by the deadline for unit additions and withdrawals . An enrolment program submitted after the final date to add a unit to a teaching period may be accepted at the discretion of the Registrar on payment of a late fee. Must check statistical detailsYou are required by the Commonwealth Government to provide personal information for both record-keeping and statistical purposes. You must check your statistical details that the University holds on its records. The Personal Details tab in QUT Virtual contains this information. If the information is incorrect or blank, insert the correct information and codes. You will then need to 'submit' to ensure your records are updated. If you require assistance in QUT Virtual refer to the help screens available off each portlet.
