Confirming your enrolment |
|
How to confirm your enrolmentIf you wish to confirm that your enrolment or changes to enrolment have been processed you can check your enrolled study program at any time via either the Online Enrolment portlet or the Current Unit Enrolment portlet. Email confirmationYou will be sent an email confirmation of your submission to your QUT student email account within 24 hours of making an online enrolment change. Your enrolment. Your responsibility.QUT Virtual does not validate your unit selection for correct progression and course completion requirements. Correct selection of units for enrolment is your responsibility and should be in accordance with your Course Summary Sheet (CSS). If in doubt you should refer to your course coordinator or designated contact listed in your CSS. A link to your CSS is provided in the messaging strip and activity portlets in Online Enrolment (via QUT Virtual). Troubleshooting your enrolment confirmationIf you do not receive a confirmation email it means you have not correctly submitted your program. If this occurs you must go back to your Online Enrolment and re-submit your program. If you use an alternative email account you will need to ensure your QUT email is redirected to that account. Written confirmation for external bodiesYou can obtain written confirmation of your enrolment for external bodies, such as Centrelink, by printing out a page in the Current Unit Enrolment portlet located off the Student Services tab in QUT Virtual. HelpIf you do not have access to these services you can seek help from any of QUT's student centres. Computers are available in student centres, libraries and computer laboratories on each campus. What to do if your enrolment is incorrectIf, when checking the above, your enrolment is incorrect, you should phone QUT Information Services on 07 3138 2000 or email Student Business Services.
