Re-enter a course after a period of absence

If you wish to re-enter a course after a period of absence and you are not returning from leave of absence you may apply to the University using an R/I Form.

International students: if you are seeking re-admission you should submit a completed F Form to the Student Centre on your campus or to Student Business Services, at least 3 months prior to the commencement of semester.

Re-enter a course following exclusion

If you are seeking re-entry to a 'like' QUT course or study program following exclusion you will not be considered for re-admission until at least 12 months have passed since exclusion.

The application must include a written statement addressing factors such as motivation and maturity to complete the course, which will be reviewed as part of the admission decision.
