Any changes to your enrolment must be made online via the Online Enrolment portlet. The portlet can be accessed via the Student Services tab in QUT Virtual.
Withdrawing from units
Adding/substituting units
Changing campus
Changing attendance mode
Changing attendance type
Changing course or major
Final dates for making changes
The final date for changes to enrolment may vary depending on the unit and the teaching period you are enrolled in. Changes made outside of these dates will result in academic penalty. Late cancellation charges may also apply.
When you will be able to make changes
Once you have re-enrolled for the next academic year, you will be able to change your enrolment after the release of semester 2 examination results. Students who are enrolled in teaching periods which commence between October and December can change their enrolment immediately.
