Adding/substituting units |

You can change your enrolment as many times as required, however it is strongly recommended that you make all changes in one request before the last date to add units. You must carefully consider timetabling, course rules, prerequisite units and course progression prior to submitting your changes. Changes made on or before the cut-off dateAdditions and substitutions can be made via your Online Enrolment portlet in QUT Virtual. A change submitted on any other document will be processed only if accompanied by a $50.00 administrative fee. Changes made after the cut-off dateAdditions or substitutions made after the deadline cannot be made online and must be made in writing, or on a Change to Enrolment Form (Restricted) (CR Form) available at Student Centres on all campuses. Student specific informationAll Commonwealth supported students (including FEE-HELP students) must enrol in the unit of study on or before the relevant census date as per government guidelines. International students who wish to add units exceeding the total number of credit points previously approved should seek faculty approval before doing so. Remember that international student visa holders are required to maintain full-time enrolment. Cross-institutional and visiting students may need to submit another V Form for any further addition of units, once their initial application has been approved.
