All students should read the Guidelines for Applying for a Fee Refund before submitting a request for a refund. International students need to read the International Students Fee Refund Policy. What form do I use?Domestic students - Application for Student Fee Refund form Where do I send the form? Post it to: Lodge it at: How is the refund paid to me?Domestic students - You will be sent a cheque to your current mailing address. International students - Refunds are paid in Australian dollars, and can be refunded onshore (conditions apply) or offshore by telegraphic transfer or transferred to another Australian education institution. If you request funds to be transferred to another Australian institution, you must include full bank details for that institution. If you have paid extra fees you can keep the credit balance in your account for future use. Will the Student Guild fee be refunded?Student Guild fees will only be refunded if you cancel your course on or prior to the census date of the teaching period. I am an international student. Can I get my Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) refunded?You must make your request for an OSHC refund directly to your provider. Will I receive the full amount in refund?If you withdraw from a unit or units after the specified dates you may not receive the full amount of money paid for the unit(s).
