Exams for other institutions

QUT conducts examinations on behalf of other institutions at our Gardens Point (city) campus. If you would like to enquire about sitting your exams at QUT, and the costs involved, the Examinations Officer of your institution should contact QUT's Exams for other Institutions Officer at least three weeks prior to the date of the exam.

Please note that at certain times of the year it may not be possible to accommodate your request due to limited room space during semester teaching times. Please note also that we are not currently able to assist with students who are required to sit online examinations.

Location

The Gardens Point campus is located on the Brisbane River in the city centre, next to the Botanic Gardens and Parliament House and is within easy walking distance of public transport including buses, trains and ferries.

Parking at QUT Gardens Point Campus is extremely limited. Short term car parking under South East Freeway is available on a 'pay and display' basis, for a maximum time period of four hours per stay; however, candidates would be well advised to use the public transport available (bus, train or ferry), or one of the city car parks.

Candidates should present themselves at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled commencement time and be able to provide photographic identification (eg. University ID card, driver's licence).

Please note that the letter prefix for each room indicates the building where the exam is being run. Candidates may familiarise themselves with their exam location by viewing an online campus map.
