NB: A statement that a you are/were suffering from a 'medical condition' without supporting comments from the practitioner as to the effect of the complaint, will not allow full consideration to be given to you. Documentation for reasons other than medical groundsSupporting documentation is essential. In the absence of documentary evidence, a Statutory Declaration must be attached with full details of the exceptional circumstances which prevented or will prevent you from sitting the examination. |
