[Print-friendly version]

QUT gives you a practical relevant degree through commitment to innovative teaching techniques, technology, excellent libraries and other learning resources.

QUT was Australia's inaugural University of the Year for the relevance of courses to employment. We continue to refine our winning balance of theory and practical experience with the addition of cutting-edge technology.

Many of our full-time academic staff have industry experience and are supported by more than 2000 part-time lecturers and tutors from industry and the professions.

real experiences

Kylie Fludder

Right from day one I've been taking X-rays in the labs at QUT. I felt confident when, in my first year, I had the chance to go into hospitals and consolidate my learning with practical work. It was so amazing to be a first year student taking X-rays of real patients.
