  • upon successful course completion you intend to commence study in the next level of your program in the very next teaching period.

If you wish to change your course or major a more detailed assessment is required and you will need to complete an admission form. For more information and forms please go to the postgraduate webpage .

*Students in the BS39 Graduate Certificate in Business (Accounting) can register to articulate into BS16 Master of Business (Accounting) or (Professional Accounting) using this form.

4. Commonwealth assistance

If you are eligible for, and wish to seek, Commonwealth assistance in your new course and have been offered a:

  • Tuition fee paying place - complete a new Request for FEE-HELP form (eCAF)
    or
  • Commonwealth supported place - complete a new Request for HECS-HELP form (eCAF).

These eCAFs (electronic Commonwealth Assistance Forms) are available online in QUT Virtual under the Student Services tab. You must complete an eCAF form on or before the census date of the first teaching period.
