Application closing dates for external study
- Applications to study a course in external study mode will be accepted up to the late application closing date.
- No further applications for external study will be accepted beyond the late application closing date.
- Applications submitted by this date will enable QUT to complete internal processing to ensure students studying in external mode have timely access to necessary student services and study materials prior to the commencement of semester.
Enrolment and fee key dates
Applicants submitting applications for external study should be aware of key enrolment and fee penalty dates prior to applying. Knowledge of key administrative dates will assist you in making decisions on timely unit enrolment and withdrawal.
External student services
External students will receive the majority of their study materials in written form. Study material is mailed in the weeks prior to the commencement of a teaching period so that first mailings for all units reach students close to the commencement date.
