Definitions of application closing dates

There are three types of application closing dates for each teaching period or semester.

  1. On-time closing date
Submit your application by this date to avoid the late application fee and ensure your application is processed by the start of the teaching period/semester.
  2. Late application closing date
Applications are accepted up until this date with a non-refundable $50 late application fee.
  3. Very late application closing date
Applications will be accepted up to the second week of the semester/teaching period only if you are able to demonstrate that there were special circumstances which prevented you from applying earlier. Non-refundable late application fee of $50 will apply.
